Mihrap Gizlilik Politikası

1. Veri sorumlusu ve kapsam

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, TianTech İnovasyon Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. (“TianTech”, “biz”) tarafından sunulan Mihrap Android mobil uygulamasının kişisel verileri ve cihaz üzerindeki bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar.

2. Mihrap hangi bilgileri kullanır?

Mihrap hesap oluşturmayı zorunlu tutmaz. Uygulamanın temel özellikleri çevrimdışı çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.

• Yaklaşık konum: Kullanıcı “Mevcut konumumu kullan” seçeneğini tercih ederse, namaz vakitlerini ve kıble yönünü hesaplamak amacıyla cihazın yaklaşık konum izni kullanılabilir. Konum kullanımı isteğe bağlıdır; kullanıcı şehir seçerek de uygulamayı kullanabilir.
• Namaz takip bilgileri ve tercihler: İşaretlenen namazlar, bildirim tercihleri, hatırlatma süreleri, seçilen şehir, hesaplama ayarları ve tema tercihleri cihazda yerel olarak saklanır.
• Bildirim izni: Namaz vakti ve yaklaşan vakit hatırlatmalarını göstermek için bildirim izni kullanılabilir.
• Satın alma bilgileri: Mihrap PRO satın alımları Google Play üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Uygulama ürün kimliği, satın alma durumu ve Google Play tarafından sağlanan satın alma belirteci gibi işlem bilgilerini alabilir. Kredi/banka kartı numarası gibi ödeme aracı bilgileri Mihrap tarafından görülmez veya saklanmaz.
• Yedekleme: PRO kullanıcıları isterse uygulama tercihlerini ve namaz takip geçmişini JSON dosyası olarak cihazda kendi seçtikleri konuma dışa aktarabilir ve daha sonra geri yükleyebilir. Bu işlem kullanıcı tarafından başlatılır.

3. Bilgiler nerede saklanır?

Mihrap’ın namaz takip kayıtları, konum tercihi, bildirim ayarları, tema ve uygulama tercihleri cihaz üzerinde saklanır. Mihrap bu veriler için TianTech sunucularına kullanıcı hesabı veya bulut senkronizasyonu sağlamaz.

4. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Uygulama içi satın alma işlemleri Google Play tarafından işlenir. Google’ın bu süreçte işlediği veriler kendi gizlilik politikası ve hizmet şartlarına tabidir. Mihrap şu anda reklam veya üçüncü taraf davranışsal analiz SDK’sı kullanmaz.

5. Verilerin paylaşılması ve satılması

TianTech, Mihrap üzerinden elde edilen kişisel verileri reklam amacıyla satmaz. Mihrap’ın yerel namaz takip ve tercih verileri reklamverenlerle paylaşılmaz.

6. İzinler

Mihrap aşağıdaki Android izinlerini kullanabilir:

• Yaklaşık konum (isteğe bağlı)
• Bildirim gönderme
• Cihaz yeniden başlatıldığında bildirimleri yeniden planlama
• Google Play uygulama içi satın alma

7. Veri saklama ve silme

Uygulama tarafından oluşturulan yerel veriler cihazda tutulur. Uygulamanın verileri Android ayarlarından temizlendiğinde veya uygulama kaldırıldığında bu yerel kayıtlar silinebilir. Kullanıcı tarafından dışa aktarılan yedek dosyalarının yönetimi ve silinmesi kullanıcının kontrolündedir. Google Play satın alma kayıtları ise Google hesabı ve Google Play altyapısı kapsamında saklanabilir.

8. Çocukların gizliliği

Mihrap kişisel hesap oluşturmaz ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayı amaçlamaz. Bir ebeveyn veya yasal temsilci gizlilikle ilgili bir konu bildirmek isterse aşağıdaki iletişim adresini kullanabilir.

9. Güvenlik

Uygulama mümkün olduğunca cihaz üzerinde ve çevrimdışı çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Kullanıcı tercihleri ve namaz takip kayıtlarının gereksiz yere harici sunuculara aktarılmaması temel tasarım prensibidir.

10. Politika değişiklikleri

Mihrap’ın özellikleri veya veri işleme uygulamaları değişirse bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve son güncelleme tarihi değiştirilir.

Mihrap Privacy Policy

1. Controller and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how TianTech İnovasyon Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. (“TianTech”, “we”) handles information in the Mihrap Android mobile application.

2. Information used by Mihrap

Mihrap does not require users to create an account. Core features are designed to work offline.

• Approximate location: If the user chooses “Use my current location,” Mihrap may use the device’s approximate location permission to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction. Location access is optional; users can select a city manually instead.
• Prayer tracking and preferences: Completed prayer entries, notification preferences, reminder times, selected city, calculation settings and theme choices are stored locally on the device.
• Notifications: Notification permission may be used to deliver prayer-time and reminder notifications.
• Purchase information: Mihrap PRO purchases are processed by Google Play. The app may receive transaction-related information such as product ID, purchase status and a purchase token provided by Google Play. Mihrap does not receive or store payment-card numbers or similar payment instrument details.
• Backup: PRO users may export preferences and prayer-tracking history to a JSON file at a location they choose on their device and later restore it. This action is initiated by the user.

3. Where information is stored

Prayer-tracking records, location preference, notification settings, themes and other app preferences are stored on the device. Mihrap does not provide a TianTech-hosted user account or cloud synchronization service for this data.

4. Third-party services

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Information handled by Google in that process is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms. Mihrap currently does not use advertising SDKs or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs.

5. Sale and sharing of data

TianTech does not sell personal data obtained through Mihrap for advertising purposes. Local prayer-tracking and preference data is not shared with advertisers.

6. Permissions

Mihrap may use the following Android permissions:

• Approximate location (optional)
• Notifications
• Rescheduling notifications after device restart
• Google Play in-app billing

7. Retention and deletion

Data created by the app is stored locally on the device. Local data may be deleted by clearing the app’s data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. Exported backup files remain under the user’s control. Google Play purchase records may remain associated with the user’s Google account and Google Play infrastructure.

8. Children’s privacy

Mihrap does not require personal accounts and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or legal guardian may contact us regarding a privacy concern using the address below.

9. Security

Mihrap is designed to operate locally and offline where practical. Avoiding unnecessary transmission of prayer-tracking records and user preferences to external servers is a core design principle.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Mihrap’s features or data practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
